The Funeral Service for Mrs Eileen Philip of Gracewood Salter Point, and formerly Lesmurdie, will be held at Simplicity Funerals Kelmscott on Saturday Morning (15.10.16) commencing at 10.00am.
No flowers by request, donations in lieu to the Occupational Therapy Department of Gracewood Nursing Home would be appreciated. Donation envelopes will be provided at Service.
