  • PHELAN (Jim):

James Phelan, one of the last pioneers of Miling, age 99, was my link to the original Ralph family of Miling. His love of farming and helping people will be my lasting memory. Thank you Jim.

  • PHELAN (Jim):

Thank you Jim for your friendship and for passing on to me and many trainee crop assessors your extensive knowledge of broadacre farming and crop hail assessing in Western Australia. We were both members of the Federation Insurance crop assessing family in the 1980's and we continued on from there.

Rest in Peace knowing your legacy will live on.
