  • MILLIOS (Alexandra):

Loving memories of my Vuna 'Baby' Letsa.

A loving, very generous woman, who always looked after us (the Spasich's, her husband (Noche's) side of the family) and always welcomed us to their house in Nollamara, with open caring arms.

We always thought that she was on 'our' side of the family. For the love and honesty and guidance she showed us, was significantly loving and genuine.

I worked with her at the G & D Miles Fish and Chip shop and Delicatessen in Carlisle when I was young, after school and on my weekends I worked there with her, where she made us laugh, we sang songs and she told us funny stories.

We loved being there with her. We became an extremely close family. We ate lots of 'drummies' Peters drumstick ice creams at the shop, and beautiful fish and chips for our dinner.

She spent many years working at her husband's shop and became a very close family member to us.

Her in-laws, my grandparents, lived behind the shops in a lovely adjoining house with Gavril and Vuna Funti.

We were a tight knit close family unit and she - Vuna Letsa - was a part of our family. Baby, also loved shopping. She would put her high heels on, grab her bag and lets go! She loved to shop.

My Vouche Noche was a wonderful wonderful loving Vouche to us. He was my mother's brother and there was unconditional love with Gavril, Noche, and Dotta - my mother.

Their love taught me a lot about life and my future years.

'Baby' you will now be re-united with your devoted loving husband Vouche Noche who left us much too soon. He loved playing his drums at the Macedonian club and wedding events. He loved music and he always had a beat tapping at the table.

He always smiled at me and winked at me, while dancing the Orro. He was in his glory on his drums. The Fremantle people/relatives were always special. I had never heard where Vuna had gone/moved to after selling their beautiful house on Wanneroo Road.

Goodbye Vuna Letsa will never forget you and my gorgeous Vouche Noche. Always will have a place in my heart for you both.

    Your loving niece Vicki S.
