Funeral Notice
MIDDLETON:
The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of the late Mr Rex Thomas Middleton of Samson will assemble at the Main Entrance of FREMANTLE Cemetery at 9.00am SATURDAY MORNING (14.04.2012) for a Service in the West Chapel, followed by interment in the natural bush burial area.
No flowers by family request, donations in lieu to Silver Chain Hospice. Donation envelopes will be available from the funeral staff after the service in the Condolence Lounge.
