The Funeral Mass for Mr Peter MAZALEVSKIS of Swan View will be celebrated in St Brigid's Church, Corner of Great Northern Highway and Morrison Road Midland commencing at 10:00am on TUESDAY (23.06.2015).
Public viewings will be held SUNDAY (21.06.2015) between 12.00-3.00pm and MONDAY (22.06.2015) between 5.00-8.00pm.
The cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass and arrive at the main entrance of GUILDFORD Cemetery, Kalamunda Road, South Guildford at 11:30am for a Burial Service.
