The Funeral Cortege for Annette Graziella Mateljak of Hope Valley will assemble at the Main Entrance of the FREMANTLE Cemetery, Carrington St, Palmyra for a Cremation Service to be held in the West Chapel at 1.00pm on TUESDAY (28.08.2012).
In keeping with Annette's wishes she asks that you refrain from wearing black.
