  • MARSHALL (TREVOR PETER)

Born 30.7.1933. Passed away peacefully on 12.9.2019. Dearly loved husband of Nancy. Devoted father to Natalie, Anthea and Damon. Much loved father-in-law of Paul and Suzi. Adored Pop of Joseph, Jaemi, Finn, Connor, Alec and Lana. Rest peacefully with your Mum, Dad, Brothers and Sisters.

    MARSHALL (Trevor):

My dearest Trevor, you were the love of my life, best friend for 56 wonderful years, always loving, patient, kind and caring to me and our beautiful family. How blessed and fortunate we are to have experienced your love and selfless generosity. I miss you so much but your love, care and precious memories of our life together will be with me 'til we are together again. God bless.

    Love you, Nancy.

    MARSHALL (Trevor):

My darling Dad, you were the most dependable, respectful, trustworthy, loyal, caring, stoic yet gentle man I may ever know. The first man I ever loved. The gentleman who said nothing when there was nothing nice to say. Always my "go to" person for advice and guidance. Always my beacon of decency. My moral compass, with a heart so pure and generous, made of gold and filled with love and great pride. That beautiful heart beat so long and fierce to protect his family, but eventually wore out and now rests peacefully, his beautiful soul Heaven bound. I hope you know how terribly proud I am of you; your struggles, triumphs and achievements and how honoured I was to call you Dad. Thank you for welcoming Paul and Joseph into your heart, then Finn and Connor and Jaemi. You are a wonderful father-in-law and grandfather to them all, irreplaceable you.

With all the love in my broken heart, your daughter Natalie.

    MARSHALL (Trevor):

To my beautiful Dad, my hero. How blessed I was to have you as my father. A man of few words but many great actions. You were humble, honest, loyal and the most wonderful example of a loving father that any child could wish for. I have stopped looking at the sky at night because destiny has taken away my life's brightest star. Your death will always remain a blurry memory, but your life will always be a vivid one. You were the epitome of kindness, wisdom, integrity, courage, generosity and sacrifice. You set the bar so high and I just can't find one like you for myself. I miss you so much Dad.

All my love always, your loving daughter Anthea.

    MARSHALL (Trevor):

Dad, you were the world to me and my family. We respected, loved and admired the exceptional way you selflessly devoted yourself to us and your family. Your love and guidance can never be replaced and for that we are eternally grateful. From humble beginnings you achieved so much in life. A carpenter, truck driver, policeman, market gardener and many other things – a true all-rounder. You always taught me to work hard, be determined and life will give you what you give life. We were privileged to have you in our hearts and lives – a void that will never be filled. Rest peacefully Dad, knowing you fulfilled your life as a true gentleman.

All our love always, Damon, Suzi, Alec and Lana.
