LYSAGHT:
The Funeral Service for the late Thomas Charles (Tom) Lysaght of Golden Bay, formerly of Nowra NSW, will be held in Chipper Funerals Chapel, 108 Pinjarra Road, Mandurah on THURSDAY (2.6.2016) commencing at 11.00am.
A Private Cremation will take place at a later time.
Tom's family would appreciate donations in lieu of floral tributes to Alzheimer's Australia WA.
Donation envelopes will be available at the Service.
