The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mr Des Lewis of Middle Swan, formerly of Koorda, will be held in the Chapel of Purslowe Funeral Homes, 239 Great Eastern Hway Midland, commencing at 2:00pm on MONDAY afternoon (16.9.2013).
A private cremation will follow.
