The Funeral Service for the late Mr Matthew John Lever of Singleton, formerly of Baldivis will be held at The Cruising Yacht Club, 2 Val Street, Rockingham at 9.30am on FRIDAY morning (03.05.2019).

No flowers by request, donations in lieu to "Black Dog Institute". Family request mourners to wear Black and/or White please.
