A Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of the late Mr Paul James Kosick of Eden Hill will be conducted in Purslowe Funeral Home Chapel, 239 Great Eastern Hway (cnr Brockman Rd), Midland commencing at 10.30am WEDNESDAY (27.01.2016).
At the conclusion of the Service the Funeral Cortege will proceed to GUILDFORD Cemetery, Kalamunda Rd, South Guildford for a Burial Service commencing at 12.30pm.
