Funeral Notice
KAPUSCIK:
A Requiem Mass for the late Mr Jan (John) Kapuscik of Dianella will be conducted in Our Lady Queen of Poland, 35 Eighth Ave, Maylands commencing at 12.30pm WEDNESDAY (11.02.2015).
At the conclusion of Mass the Funeral Cortege will proceed to KARRAKATTA Cemetery, Railway Rd, Karrakatta for a Cremation Service commencing from the main entrance at 2.00pm.
Vigil Prayers and Rosary will be recited in Our Lady Queen of Poland, commencing at 7.00pm TUESDAY evening (10.02.2015).
