The Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Mrs Pamela Kaye Jones will be held in Seasons Funeral Chapel, cnr Albany Hwy and Armitage Rd, Kelmscott on THURSDAY (01.10.2015) commencing at 3.00pm.
Please wear a bit of purple for Pam.
For those of you who wish to say a personal goodbye to Pam, there will be time in our Chapel from 2.30pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Council Australia would be appreciated.
