The Funeral for the late Mr David Johnathan Jenkins of Mandurah will assemble at the West Chapel in PINNAROO Valley Memorial Park, Whitfords Ave, Padbury for a Cremation Service to commence at 3.00pm on FRIDAY (30.08.2013).
Wake details will be announced at the Service.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Heart Kids WA would be appreciated.
