JACOBSEN:
A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs Susan Maria Jacobsen of Thornlie will be conducted in Seasons Funeral Home Chapel, Cnr Nicholson Rd and Tulloch Way, Canning Vale, commencing at 12.00noon FRIDAY 23.11.2012.
At the conclusion of the service a Private Cremation will take place. This is in keeping with the family's wishes.
