A Funeral Mass for Mr Brian Jacobsen of Dianella will be held at Our Lady's Assumption Parish, 356 Grand Promenade, Dianella on THURSDAY (17.8.2017) commencing at 11.30am.
Following the Mass, the Cortege will proceed to PINNAROO Valley Memorial Park East Chapel for a Cremation Service commencing at 1.30pm.
