The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Mrs Tanya Jacobs of Lake Clifton will be held in Eastlake Church, 99 Lakes Road Greenfields commencing at 10:30am TUESDAY (3.02.2015).
Tanya will be privately Cremated at a later time.
In lieu of flowers donations to Australian Cancer Research Foundation or Riding for the Disabled Association of WA Inc.
