The Funeral Service for the late Professor Ian Jacobs of Nedlands will be conducted at St John Ambulance Head Office, 209 Great Eastern Hwy, Belmont commencing at 10.30am on FRIDAY (24.10.2014).
A private Cremation will take place later.
No flowers by request, donations in lieu to The National Stroke Foundation.
