HUDIAK:
The Funeral Mass for
Mrs Jadwiga Hudiak of Osboine Nursing Home, formerly of Bayswater will be celebrated in Our Lady Queen of Poland Catholic Church, Eighth Avenue, Maylands commencing at 10:30am on THURSDAY morning (09.08.2012).
The cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass and arrive at MIDLAND Cemetery, Myles Road, Midland at 12:00noon for a Burial Service.
Those wishing to pay their last respects may do so from 10:00am in the Church prior to the Service commencing.
