The Funeral Service for Mrs Susan Jeanne (Sue) Hammond (nee Cummuskey) of Woodvale will be celebrated in St Thomas' Catholic Church, corner of College Road and Melville Street, Claremont commencing at 11:00am on TUESDAY (26.03.2024).

Cremation to take place Privately.
