A Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of the Late Mr Gary Frederick Goldsworthy of Gooseberry Hill will be conducted in Purslowe Chapel, 239 Great Eastern Hwy (cnr Brockman Rd) Midland commencing at 2.30pm on Thursday (17.11.2016).
The family request no flowers please, donations in lieu to the MND Association would be appreciated.
The family would like everyone to wear a touch of Blue in memory of Gary.
