Knowing Peter, albeit briefly, was a pleasure.

He was always the consummate professional; he was always a decent human being despite the career trials and tribulations he (and you) faced.

He will be sincerely missed.

GARDNER PETER It is with deep sadness we announce Peter passed away 3rd August after a short illness.

Loved and cherished husband of Lee, very loving and proud father, father-in-law and friend to Patrick and Cassie and Michael and Honny.

Poppy to his adored granddaughters Bobby and Rory.

Peter was so brave in preparing us for life without him and he stayed for as long as he could. We will all miss him very much and he will live forever in our hearts.

We have so many fond memories of times spent with Peter - Christmases, birthdays, travelling in France and solving many world problems over many red wines.

We will miss him enormously.
