Funeral Notice
FORMAN:
Please come to celebrate the life of the magnificent Morris Forman, of Dianella, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, 25th May 2013, aged 101 years.
Prayers will be held in the Jewish Prayer Hall, KARRAKATTA Cemetery, at 9.00am on THURSDAY (30.05.2013), followed by the Interment in the Progressive Jewish Lawn Section. No flowers by request. Mourners please use Smyth Road entrance. Gentleman, please wear head covering.
Following the Service the family have invited you back to the Hollywood Bowling Club on Smyth Road for refreshments.
Minyan will be held at the Maurice Zeffert Home at 119 Cresswell Rd, Dianella on THURSDAY (30.5.2013) evening at 7.00pm.
