A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Patricia Caroline Forbes of Kensington will be held at the Mundaring Church of Christ, 1470 Stoneville Rd, Mundaring on FRIDAY (5.2.2016) at 10am.
A Committal Service will then be held at the Wooroloo Cemetery, Linley Valley Road, Wooroloo at 12.30pm
