Funeral Notice
FOLCIK:
A Requiem Mass for the late Mr Zygmunt Folcik of Middle Swan, formerly of Wickham, will be held in St Brigid's Catholic Church, 69b Morrison Road, Midland, commencing at 10.30am on MONDAY (4.5.2015).
At conclusion of the Mass the Cortege will leave from the Church to arrive at the main entrance of Midland Cemetery, Myles Road, Swan View for a Burial at 12.00pm.
The Rosary will be recited in Purslowe Funeral Home Chapel, 239 Gt Eastern Hwy (cnr Brockman Rd), Midland commencing at 7.30pm on SUNDAY (3.5.2015).
