    Rosario Giovanni (John):

To my loving husband of 39 wonderful years. I was by your side when you left, too suddenly and too soon.

Though you are gone, I will always cherish the beautiful memories that we had and remember you through our 3 beautiful children and 4 gorgeous grandchildren.

It gives me comfort and strength that your final weeks were spent having a beautiful holiday in your beloved Italy and that we returned to the place of your birth one last time. Thank you for always protecting, supporting and providing for me and your family. You worked hard and without complaint for many years to make sure we had a wonderful life.

I will miss you every day until we meet again. Your Bella, Katy.

    FERRARO

    Rosario Giovanni (John):

Our dearest Dad and Nonno Gig. You were the perfect balance of seriousness, technicality and jovialness. Your funny antics, shit stirring and attempts to fix everything will forever be in our memories.

Thank you for your hard word and dedication to your family. Thank you for being you.

You left us too early and suddenly. You leave a space in our lives and our hearts that can't be replaced.

May heaven feed you all the oysters and cherries you desire.

Whenever we look at our tree, we will think of you. Love always your daughter Mel, Frank, Harry, Georgia and Cooper.

    FERRARO

    Rosario Giovanni (John):

Dearest Dad, it is with much sadness that we say goodbye to a wonderful man and an even better Dad and Nonno.

You gave me the gift of life and everything I needed to make that life a happy one.

You taught me the value of family, hard work and selflessness. We will miss your wisdom, your laugh and all the conversations we had.

Thankyou for everything you ever did and though we couldn't repay you in this life, we will forever honour your memory.

Love you lots, Paulie, Lisa and Aurelia.

    FERRARO

    Rosario Giovanni (John):

Thankyou for being a proud and loving Dad and Nonno, you always provided for us whatever we needed and worked tirelessly to make sure this happened. I will miss our chats and drinks together and it breaks me that you are no longer with us. Thank you so much Dad, words cannot express my gratitude. May God watch over you. Enjoy retirement.

    Love Steven and Stephanie

    (ROSARIO GIOVANNI)

My heart has been broken by the death of my younger brother. I still remember growing up in our home town of Melicucca Calabria playing and enjoying life. Coming to Australia we all grew up with our own families. We had our ups and our downs as all families do and when you came to visit me before you went on holidays we made our peace, sat at my table with joy we shared drinks and food. Little did I know it would be our last time. From your loving brother Vincenzo Settimo Ferraro and family.

    FERRARO (Rosario):

Deepest sympathy to our sister-in-law Katy and family. Sadly missed.

    Vince, Maria and families.

ROSARIO GIOVANNI Our deepest condolences to Katy, Melissa, Paul, Steven and Families.

    Dear Brother,

Thank you for all your support over the years, I am so proud to call you my brother. The bond we shared and our loving chats will be in my heart always.

Thank you for the past 6 weeks in Italy, where we ate and drank together. The memories of taking you back to Melicucca` for the last time and seeing the Fontana Tocco are memories I'll cherish forever.

Our cherry trees will always have a special place in our hearts as it was one of your favourite fruits from the orchard. One minute the trees were red and next they were green. I promise to carry on the tradition of your beloved bonfire every year when we make sausages. We will continue to create a bigger and better one through the years.

    We love you so much,

From your brother Franco and sister-in-law Carmela.
