The Funeral Service for Mrs Grace Frances Earp of Jeremiah Donovan Nursing Home, formerly of Kalamunda, will be held in The Uniting Church, 133 Heath Road, Kalamunda commencing at 10.00am on MONDAY Morning (27.8.2012).
A Private Cremation will take place at a later time.
No flowers by family request, donations in lieu to the Kalamunda History Village.
