The Funeral Service for Mrs Jacqui Downs of Bayswater will be held on WEDNESDAY (5.10.2016) in our Chapel, 502 Wanneroo Road, WESTMINSTER to commence at 10.00am. A Private Cremation will follow. Family request those attending the Service please wear coloured clothing.
Family wish to thank Bethesda Hospital for their loving care and attention and ask that in lieu of flowers, donations to Bethesda Hospital would be appreciated.
