Passed away peacefully on 1.10.2019. Born Exohi-Ithaki, Greece. Dearly loved wife of Nicholas (dec). Much loved mother of Effie, Stephen and Georgina. Mother-in-law of Chris, Graeme and Christine. Cherished grandmother of six, cherished great grandmother of six. Many thanks to Helenic Aged Care. May she rest in peace.

    DOUGLAS (Koula):

To my beloved Mother, I will cherish forever in my heart our times together. Mum, you were a strong woman who taught me well. You unselfishly devoted your time for me and all the family. You taught me to be strong, you taught me values, you made sacrifices for me. It is with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes that we lay you down to rest. You'll be forever loved and missed.

Much loved daughter Effie and son-in-law Chris.

    DOUGLAS (Koula):

Mum, words can never express my love for you and the hurt I am feeling. Already I miss your warmth, your smile, your hugs and unconditional love and support. You have been my rock, my inspiration to work hard to achieve and my guiding light to be a good family person. I will never forget the sacrifices you made to give me a chance at a better life through education. Our bond was special and will remain unbreakable. While my heart is broken it is warmed by your memory which I will cherish forever. Rest in peace now.

Your loving son Steve. Much loved mother-in-law of Christine and yiayia to Bethwyn and Jon.

    DOUGLAS (Koula):

To my beautiful Mum, thank you for all you have done for me. For all the times you were by my side. Your help, your support, your undying love to celebrate my successes, to understand my problems and accept my defeats. Thank you for leading by example, the "value of hard work", good judgement, courage and integrity, you made so many sacrifices to make me the best I am today. I will miss you Mum. Much loved daughter Georgina and son-in-law Graeme.

    DOUGLAS (Koula):

To a special grandmother, a mentor, a friend, our "other" mother, we will cherish many memories over the years of your open heart, sweet smiles and generosity. Rest in God's garden, you are now at peace. Look over us and take special care of our beautiful Kristian. He will be waiting for you. Love and sweet kisses always. Tina, Colin and Anneliese.

    DOUGLAS (Koula):

Though her smile is gone forever and her hand I cannot touch, I still have so many memories of the one I loved so much. Her memory is now my keepsake which with I'll never part. God has her in His keeping, I have her in my heart. Rest in peace Yiayia, wrap your Angel wings around our Kristian. Elisa, Theo, Amy and Ethan.
