CUSACK:
The relatives and friends of the late Mrs Eileen Mary Cusack of Bunbury and formerly of Alexander Bridge are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the Funeral Chapel, 9 Spencer Street, Bunbury at 10.15am on FRIDAY (27.09.2013).
Following the service, the cortege will arrive at the Crematorium Chapel, Bunbury at 11.00am for a committal service.
No flowers by request. Donations in lieu to the Arthritis Foundation, 17 Lemnos St, Shenton Park.
