The Funeral to celebrate the life of the late John (Jack) Clementi formerly of Coogee will be held in our Funeral Home Chapel, 254 Hampton Road, South Fremantle on FRIDAY (15.06.2012) at 2.00pm.
For those who would like to say a personal goodbye a Viewing will take place prior to the Service between 1.30 and 2.00pm.
A Private Cremation will take place at a later time.
