A Funeral Service for the late Mr Peter George Chylek of South Perth will be held in our Chapel, 351-357 Hay St, Subiaco at 2.00pm on FRIDAY (15.06.2012).
A Private Cremation will follow.
No flowers by request, donations in lieu to the Cancer Council.
