Funeral Notice
CARMODY:
The Funeral Service to honour the extraordinary life and wonderful spirit of Mrs Fay Kathleen Carmody will be held in the Crematorium Chapel at Fremantle Cemetery on THURSDAY (27.8.2015). The Funeral procession will leave from the main entrance of Fremantle Cemetery at 10.00am. Light refreshments will follow. A Thanksgiving Mass for the life of Fay will be celebrated prior to the Service at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 10 Foss St, Palmyra at 9.00am on THURSDAY (27.8.2015)
Fay nursed people living with dementia with great compassion. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Alzheimer's WA.
