Our hearts still ache with sadness and many tears still flow. What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain. To walk with us throughout our lives, until we meet again.
MARIA DA NAZARE Adored grandmother of Jena and Simon, Corey and Ashlee and great grandmother of Sage.
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put his arms around you and whispered Come to me. A golden heart stopped beating, working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.

May she now rest in eternal peace. The Italian Village Fremantle.
