Please join the family of Mr Petrus Antonius Johannes Broekmeulen (Peter) late of Thornlie in a Service to celebrate his life, to be conducted in our Chapel, cnr Nicholson Rd and Tulloch Way, Canning Vale on MONDAY (25.8.2014) commencing at 2.00pm.
The family request no flowers, donations in lieu to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
