The Celebration of Life Service for Anne Brocx, formerly of Champion Lakes, will be held at FREMANTLE Cemetery on THURSDAY (9.7.2015) for a Cremation Service to be held in the West Chapel commencing at 10.00am.
The family request everyone to meet at the Chapel please.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cancer Council for Pancreatic Cancer.
