The Ceremony to Celebrate the life of Mrs Susan Margaret Walford Johnson Bridge of Albany will be conducted in the Bethany Chapel, 1 Prior St, Albany on FRIDAY (29.04.2016) commencing at 1.30pm. A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the Family invite you to make a donation to the Albany Community Hospice.
