The Funeral Service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs Elaine June Blazejczyk of Booragoon will be held at FREMANTLE Cemetery at 10am THURSDAY morning (15.2.2018) in the West Chapel. Please assemble at the Purdie Pavilion.
At the family's request please wear bright coloured clothing to celebrate Elaine's life.
No flowers by request, donations to Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. Envelopes and donation forms will be available on the day.
