The Funeral Service for Mr Leonard Ernest Blackham of Swan View will take place in our Chapel, 131 Great Eastern Hwy, Bellevue commencing at 10.00am on MONDAY (23.12.2019). Cremation will take place privately at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Council or Stroke Foundation Australia.
