BELTZ ELVIE MERLE Elvie "Merle" Beltz, 97, peacefully passed on Saturday 26th October 2019 at home in Capel and surrounded by all three of her loving children, Brian, Kerry, and Tammy. She touched many hearts and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
