FASOLO (Elio Vincenzo):
Born 24.9.1935, S'Angelo di Brolo, Sicily. Passed away peacefully 5.11.2018 at Murdoch Community Hospice Perth WA.
Dearly loved husband of Giuseppina (dec). Loving father of Tony and Domenico, loving father- in-law of Cathy and Teresa. Fond Nonno of Daniel, Natalie and Aaron, Anita and Michael, Michael and Monica and Karl. Bis Nonno of Seth, Sofia and Greyson. Dad you suffered so much and now you are resting at peace with Mum in God's kingdom. You will always be in our hearts. Till we meet again. RIP.
Fasolo (Elio):
Dad, you fought with strength to stay with us without fear or complaint as long as you could. Your guidance and generosity will be sadly missed in our lives and we thankyou for your unending and unconditional love. Your suffering has ended, now its time to continue your journey with Mum. Love always Tony and Cathy.
Fasolo (Elio):
Dad, you suffered for 7 months and we stood by you the whole time and never left you alone. Dad, I took you to all your appointments, in and out of hospital and taking you home and visiting your friends on the weekends for the last 2 months which I enjoyed doing for you. Looking after you and feeding you was a joy for us, Teresa cooking whatever you felt like eating till it came to the time you couldn't eat any more. Dad when we visited you for hours and it was time for us to go you asked us to stay longer and we did. When you talked about the past with a smile on your face and laughter in your eyes, our hearts swelled up with love. When you were in pain and stretched out your hands for comfort we held them tight. That will stay in our hearts forever. Dad our hearts were full of sadness while we stood by your side holding your hands watching you suffer even though we told you it was time to leave us and go with Mum, you still didn't want to leave us. Being by your side while you took your last breath on earth, we will treasure this memory forever. This Christmas will be sad for us as we have always had you at our table for lunch. Easter will be the same. We will treasure our memories together in our hearts always. Now you will be resting in peace with Mum. We love you. Your loving son, Domenic and Teresa. RIP.
Fasolo (Elio):
Nonno, true to your character, you fought hard to stay with us, right to the end. We will always cherish the good times we had with you and have especially fond memories of your amazing garden. Now the time has come to join Nonna, we will always miss you, but we are glad you are together again. Love Anita, Michael and Sofia, Michael and Monica.
Fasolo (Elio):
Nonno, you were and will always be our inspiration. We will miss your stretched-out hand, that tight hug with a smile on your face, you gave us so much love. We will miss our family Sunday lunches together and our little chats. Your chair will be empty, but we know you will always be there. When we would ask you how you were, you would sigh and say I am still here. Nonno, Seth and Greyson loved visiting you. Seth loved pushing you in the wheelchair. When you were in pain, he would say "It's alright Nonno the lady will give you medicine, you will be better now". You loved holding Greyson and when he kicked you and touched your face with a smile on his face, your eyes lit up. Your eyes were full of love. Our hearts will never be the same, but our memories will never fade. Love you always Nonno, Daniel, Natalie, Aaron, Karl and your great grand-children Seth and Greyson.
