SMITH (Donal Drummond): 17.1.1938 - 12.9.2017 Loving and devoted husband of Merrilyn, much loved father of Dani and Richard, father-in-law to Lindsay, respected brother-in-law to John and adored Pa to Campbell, Alistair, Ella and Asha.
Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 12th September 2017.

SMITH (Donal D):
Donal, I am so proud to have been your wife for over 50 years. You were such a thoughtful and caring man who always looked after me with great respect. A loving, kind and good father to Dani and Richard, interested and generous with advice and encouragement all through their years.

Always your greatest life's pleasure were your grandchildren. You were so proud of their achievements and loved talking with them.

We were lucky to have lived through some of life's best years with family, farming, friendships and sport. Those years made the memories.

Your dignity, wonderful sense of humour and your remarkable memory were with you until you closed your eyes.
"I will always love you" Merrilyn.
SMITH (Donal D):
My gorgeous Dad,
my dearest friend, your gentle guidance and reassurance, your dignity, decency, reliability and above all your humour have enriched my life. Your positive influence on Campbell and Alistair has been profound.
We will miss you everyday. Dani.
SMITH (Donal D):
Thank you for your counsel and friendship over the years and for your love and affection to the girls. We will all miss you.
