Born Carnarvon Hospital 28.12.1965. Our beloved daughter Bev passed away peacefully at SCGH on Friday 10th February aged 51 years surrounded by her loved ones after a very courageous battle with her illness. Cherished daughter of Dusan and Jadranka. Much loved mother of Tiana, Jayden and their partners Glenn and Ashlee. Adored sister, sister-in-law and aunty of Sandra, Mato, Beck and Dempsey. Devoted partner of Bob. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Hollywood and SCGH in particular Dr McQuillan and Dr Tan, Adele and Silver Chain for their exceptional care and compassion.
Our darling daughter Bev, there are no words to express how much we loved you. You were our first born and we watched you grow into the most caring, generous and loving daughter. You gifted us with two beautiful grandchildren Tiana and Jayden. You filled our lives with happiness and laughter. The pain of losing you is tearing us apart and leaving us with heavy hearts. We watched you suffer for the last few years and we know it was not easy but you fought your illness with strength and determination and a smile on your face. We hold you tightly in our hearts and there you will remain to walk with us throughout our lives until we meet again. Rest in peace in God's garden, our beautiful Angel, your loving Mum and Dad.
My beautiful Mum, how do I say goodbye. Words cannot express how much I love you. Our mind knows that you are in a better place where there is no pain. You are at peace, we understand, we just wish we could explain it to our hearts. There is an empty space that nothing will ever fill. You suffered so much, you told so few, you did not deserve what you went through. Loving you always, your daughter Tiana and Glenn.
In loving memory of my Mum, Big Bev. I'll never forget and going to miss your big hugs and kisses before I left for school each day. As I held your hand while you passed, I finally saw you are at peace. I gave my final kiss and know I have to be strong like you want me to. I love you so much, always in my heart. To the moon and back love your big son Jayden and Ashlee.
God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you and whispered "come to Me". With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. Best sister to Sandra, sister-in-law to Mato, aunty to Beck and Dempsey. We love you so much, life will never be the same without you.
